Delicious taste similar to milk. Contains as much calcium as milk. A good source of vitamins. Cholesterol and lactose free. Dry mix stores a minimum of 1 year. Great for drinking, cooking, and baking. Use on cereal and as a coffee creamer.

INGREDIENTS: Cereal solids (from corn), partially hydrogenated soybean oil, maltodextrin (from corn), dehydrated tofu and soy protein isolate, calcium carbonate, *Sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), crystalline fructose, salt, natural and artificial flavors, tragacanth gum, corn syrup solids, Mono and Diglycerides, Dipotassium Phosphate, lecithin, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Vitamin E (di-alpha tocopheryl acetate), dicalcium phosphate, Vitamin A (palmitate), Niacin (niacinamide), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), Pantothenic Acid (d-calcium pantothenate), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), Folic Acid, Biotin. *Sodium Caseinate is not a source of lactose.

  • Directions: In a blender or a container with a screw-on lid, add 1 cup of Sno*E Tofu (more or less for a creamier or lighter taste) into about 2 cups of hot or cold water (mixes better with hot water). Blend or shake vigorously until thoroughly mixed (will not mix well by stirring only). Then add enough cold water to make 2 quarts, chill and enjoy.
  • After mixing with water, Sno*E Tofu will stay fresh at least a week with refrigeration. Once the carton is opened, it is recommended placing the remaining mix in an air tight container to maintain freshness.
