Thyme Leaves, Powder
These thyme leaves are ground into a fine greenish-brown powder with a fragrant, aromatic odor, warm and quite pungent taste.
Use to flavor sauerbraten, chicken pie, pizza and other Italian-style sauces, clam chowder, consommé, mock turtle and vegetable soups, herb dressings and vinegars, stuffings, salami and liver sausages. Use as a garnish for salad dressings, clam chowder, oyster stew and herb vinegar.
