Tamari soy sauce has been brewed in Japan for over 1200 years. San-J revives this tradition by brewing Tamari soy sauce with only organic whole soybeans instead of wheat and soy like ordinary sauces. A high soybean content ensures a smooth, rich, full flavor sauce that brings out the natural flavors of foods. This mild, well balanced sauce is also perfect for table use.
