You will need: 1/3 cup softened margarine or butter, 1/3 cup white shortening, 2 large eggs or *egg free.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cookie mix, margarine or butter, shortening, and eggs on high speed for 1-2 minutes. Roll dough into balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes. Cool before frosting.
Yield: 2 dozen cookies
*Egg Free: omit eggs. Add 2 tsp. egg replacer dissolved in 1/3 cup water. Add ½ tsp. vanilla extract.
