The most common form of soy sauce in Japan is Koikuchi Shoyu, which is made from approximately equal portions of soybeans and wheat. Now San-J revives an ancient tradition by using organic whole soybeans and whole wheat in this popular style of shoyu. This shoyu represents seven generations of brewing exerptise by the San-Jirushi, Japan.
