Rates to Canada
In addition, we offer "Standard
Ground to Canada," which is a lower cost ground service to destinations
in Canada. There are two rates for orders being shipped "Standard Ground"
to Canada. Both rates are based on the weight of the package in pounds.
Zone 1 includes parts
of the provinces of Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta,
& British Columbia that are closer to the border with the United States.
Zone 2 includes the
northern areas of the provinces mentioned above in addition to the entire
provinces of Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, & New Brunswick.
Please note that those shipping
to the Northwest or Yukon territories should select "International
Shipping" since "Standard Ground to Canada" is not an option.
Your shipment may be subject
to import duties, customs clearance charges and taxes, which are levied
once the package reaches your country. These fees, if applicable, are
your responsibility. Additionally, when ordering from OrganicKingdom.com,
you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws
and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
**VERY
IMPORTANT** International customers please check with your
country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON SHIPPING COSTS IF YOUR PRODUCT IS REJECTED

Online
Shopping at OrganicKingdom.com is easy and secure. Adding an item
to your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it, you can always
remove the item from your basket. After you add an item to your basket,
you can choose to place your order or continue shopping. When your shopping
is complete, click on the "shopping basket" button at the top of the page
to review your order. You may then click on the "check out" button to
enter your shipping and billing information. Only after completing the
order form and clicking on the "place order" button will your order be
instantly transmitted to our office.
Order
Confirmation
When you place your order you will be given the option to receive an email
confirmation of the order. Simply leave the "Email me a copy of my order"
box checked on the order form and an email will be sent immediately confirming
your order. You can also print a copy of the order form when you submit
your order. We also send you a shipping confirmation email when your order
ships. The shipping confirmation email contains the tracking or confirmation
number and a link where you can track the current status of your order.
Registration
Registration is an optional feature of our site that allows you to
store your shipping & billing address so you won't have to enter this
information every time you place an order. With registration, you also
have the ability to save your shopping baskets. If you want to access
your saved shopping basket simply click on the register button to log
in and select your saved basket. You can edit your registration information
at any time.

Guarantee & Return Policy:
All our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee on the purchase
price (shipping excluded) on all unopened and unused products. Products
returned must be received back to our location within 30 days of receiving
the product(s). Orders received back to our office after 30 days are not
eligible for a refund. All returns must receive prior authorization by
calling the phone number listed above. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed
on all items that are returned without prior authorization. Damaged or
missing items must be reported within 2 business days in order to receive
credit or a replacement.
International
Customers:
No refund will be given on confiscated or stolen products. In addition,
we will not reship missing, damaged, nor backordered items internationally.
We will provide a credit for the items in question if the problem was
due to our error. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with
their customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our
products into that country. In addition, countries may impose taxes, brokerage
fees, etc. for incoming packages. It is the responsibility of the customer
to pay for these fees, if applicable.
