Made with more soybeans than ordinary soy sauce for a smoother, richer and more complex flavor. Reduce sodium levels in your cooking without compromising taste. One teaspoon of Tamari contains one-eighth the sodium as one teaspoon of salt. Unlike ordinary soy sauce, Tamari retains more flavor during cooking.
