Make soft mashed potatoes in a jiffy! Handy for Potato Pancakes, Potato Bread and wherever potatoes are needed in a recipe. These organic potato flakes are made from sound, peeled and trimmed organically grown potatoes.
INGREDIENTS: Organic Potatoes, Mono and Diglycerides (of vegetable origin).
Serving Size: 1/3 cup dry flakes (19 g) - Makes about 2/3 cup

- To Make Basic Mashed Potatoes: Add 1-1 1/2 cups liquid (Milk, Water or Stock), heated to just below boiling) to 1 cup Potato Flakes. Whisk slowly and let sit for one minute. Stir and season to taste. Serves 3.
- Monoglycerides are used on the sides of the drums which tumble the flakes during their drying process. It is derived from Soybean Oil and ends up in the finished product in the amount of 0.02% or less.
- Shelf life: 6 months to 1 year if kept cool and dry.
