Parsley flakes, as marketed, are flakes of bright green leaves. It has a characteristic, mild agreeable odor and taste.
- Use to flavor chicken soup, chicken pot pie, fish sauces, cocktail dips, French and herb dressings. Use as a garnish on salad dressings, stuffings, soups, sauced vegetable combinations and cottage cheese.
