Quick cook oats are manufactured from seeds which have been cleaned, dehulled, kilned (lightly roasted), steamed and flaked.

- Cooking Instructions: Bring 2 cups water to a boil, add 1 cup rolled oats, add a dash of salt. Allow water to return to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for about 7 to 12 minutes. Will yield about 4 cups cooked oatmeal.
- Kilned oat products are shelf stable for about one year when stored in a cool dry place.
