Kalamata Pitted Olives, Organic
Mediterranean Organic's Kalamatas are naturally brine-cured and tree-ripened. These authentic olives are grown on centuries old family farms on the Peloponnesian Island in Greece. They have a unique almond shape and purple-black color; and are tender yet plump and full flavored. They also have pits!
Serve with cocktails, wine, cheese, salads and sandwiches, especially recommended for fish or seafood ragouts and stews. A must for Greek salads. Use the Kalamata brine to season all your dishes.
