Bay Leaves, Premium Hand Select. Bay leaves are elliptical leaves, up to 3 inches long with a deep green upper surface and paler underside. Bay is a fragrant, sweetly aromatic leaf that has a slightly bitter taste.
- Use to flavor beef stew, chicken pie, salami, dill and sour pickles, stewed tomatoes, oxtail and pepperpot soups. Use as a garnish for pickled meats and salad dressings.
