Baking thin bread has been a tradition in Jamtland for many years. Barley was the only type of grain which could grow in this barren climate. As a result, thin bread became important to the Jamtlandic culture. They have managed to keep up this tradition by using only organic and biodynamic produced raw materials.
Organic and Biodynamic INGREDIENTS: Barley Flour, Rye, Wheat, Condensed Milk, Sea Salt, Water.
