Alfredo Sauce Mix
INGREDIENTS: Modified Food Starch, Buttermilk, Cheddar Cheese Powder [Dehydrated Cheddar Cheese Blend (Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Butter, Whey, Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Citric Acid], Parmesan Cheese Powder [Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Cheese Culture, Enzymes), Disodium Phosphate, Salt], Natural Flavor, Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Spices, Autolyzed Yeast Extract (Torula Yeast, Autolyzed Yeast, Lipolyzed Butter Oil), Parsley, and No More Than 2% Silicon Dioxide Added For Anti-Caking.
- Usage: Melt 3 Tbsp butter with 1 cup milk over medium heat. Stir in 7 Tbsp (approx. 35 g) alfredo sauce mix, bring to a light boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Makes two 1 cup servings.
