This is pure Grade B Organic Maple Syrup. Grade B is a slightly darkermaple syrup than Grade A. The maple syrup is graded on its color, soa Grade AA, would be an even lighter color than Grade A. The wood arounda tapped place on a maple tree can become dark once the tree has been tapped.When the next tap is placed close to the original tap, this darker sapbecomes part of the maple syrup -- and slightly darker.
