• Recommended Dosage:
• First Month: 1) Chew 1 tablet daily after rising for the first week.2) Chew 1 tablet after rising and 1 tablet between 3-5pm daily for thesecond week. 3) Chew 1 tablet after rising, one between 3-5pm and onebefore bed daily for the third and fourth week.
• Second & Third Month: Chew 1-3 tablets daily for 5 days each week.
• Fourth Month: Discontinue use for the fourth month, then repeat the 3-monthcycle again as needed.
